What is your question?
got gas, later that evening my check engine light came on, i figured it was a loose gas cap. Adjusted the cap. The following day engine light still on, so i went to auto zone to have them run the code, and their OBD reader said there was no code to be found. Did research, and saw that it could be the OBD reader? Any suggestions? I'd rather not pay $100 to be told by dealership that its a loose gas cap.

Hello, why should a dealership charge you anything for a 2019 vehicle? Don't you have a factory warranty? Unless you have a crazy amount of miles for being 2 years old. AutoZone is not a reliable diagnostic source, especially for European vehicles. I'd definitely see your dealership for what should be an in-warranty diagnosis and repair.
