After i fuel I ensure the cap is tight as I am aware that this can cause issues. I have had to get the code cleared from my engine twice in the last week because it is coming loose. is there a recall on this?
Just purchased from a Kia dealer. 16k.... within two miles gas cap issues started. Dealer ran some test replaced gas cap problem still exist. they want me to pay for $750 for something else. I don't have the form in front of me at the moment. But I can't see paying that then I still will have the same problem. sad thing is I purchased this for my 17 year old son whom likes the auto start and it won't work with that warning light on. I don't want to pay $750 for the same problem to continue to exist.
