Crank up and run shut off and won't start again for hours or next day. then it will crank up and run again and do the same thing.
My car's shifter is in the "Park" position, but the indicator on the dashboard says the car is in "Reverse." Because the car is not in Park or Neutral it will not start. I have already tried re-setting the ignition switch, but no luck
Would not get fuel to turn over.replaced fuel pump , 3 coils , plugs , fuel filter . ran great for 1 day , then did the same thing.
Starts right up when cold runs great for miles. Trun off when up to normal temp will not start back until it cools off again
Truck will not start or turn over, had AAA come out, they checked the battery and started, they are both good. When AAA towed the Truck it would not shift out of park. This just happened, still not fixed, sitting in the mechanic's lot and he does not know what is wrong.
Will not start. Dashboard readout remains in reverse no matter what position the gear selector is in.
engine had noise in bottom end. then shutdown while driving and would not restart. replaced cam shaft sensor, cam shaft actuator, starter, battery. now i only get 1 crank then will not crank.
engine cranks, 58psi fuel pressure, all fuses test good, will not start unless sprayed with starting fluid
Cranks fine and runs good in the morning but, after it gets up to running temp, where you cut it off at is where it stays till next morning or till it cools off. (Several hours)
Intermittently won't start. Replaced alternator, battery, and ignition switch. Nothing helped for long. Headlights, radio, and dash lights all work when it won't crank. Power windows and locks do not work when it won't crank. When it is working, dash lights flash and gauges bounce and flip intermittently.
