Car loses power n stalls

Hello, This sounds like an idle air control valve issue. The idle air control valve supplies air to the engine when you are not pressing the gas pedal, and this prevents it from stalling. It also allows the engine to stop without pumping the gas pedal like older cars needed sometimes. There are several other issues that could be causing the stall and hard start, but that is normally the first thing that comes to mind.
