CEL on/off intermittently. Code indicates timing issue pointing to camshaft solenoid. Sometimes CEL off for months before coming on briefly (a few days to a week or two). Drivability not affected so I didn't repair for a while. Recently noticed minor rough idle, especially during cold weather. Originally told camshaft replacement ($$$) but having magnets replaced today by local excellent mechanic shop specializing in MB for about $485 in hopes that this resolves the issue. Will update...
