Check Engine Light and Engine Misfire on Mercedes-Benz E320 4MATIC

Problem Description and Possible Solution

Failed spark plug wires and/or ignition coils can cause intermittent misfires (rough running); the Check Engine Light may also illuminate. Diagnoses of the ignition system will be necessary to determine which components are at fault.

In warm weather, usually on an incline my check engine light will come on and the car acts like its not running on all spark plugs. If you turn the car off and back on it's fine.
car will start ok but will rev max to 3700 and drop off immediately will die if I don't take the foot of the pedal, no power will stall up hill or just sit and don't move at full throttle . Installed new wires. Tester says left cylinder bank fires irregularly .
Barely drove the car, but started having GPS positioning incorrect location, then car would stall only while in gear (drive or reverse) when not accelerating much or at a light in gear idling. Will start later sometimes hours . The first time it stalled the car started up right away.
Thereafter will not start for few hrs. The check engine light comes on when it starts then goes off on own whether its driven or not. Runs perfect then a complete unreliable monster.

Code previously stated random misfirings but didn't feel like that was the real issue. Car not fixed yet still looking into why.
