• Can I book an auto repair appointment online?

  Yes, almost all RepairPal Certified shops accept appointments online. Some RepairPal Certified shops that are new to the network may temporarily accept appointments only via phone.

• What is the Fair Price Guarantee?

  The Fair Price Guarantee promises that the cost you pay for a specific repair at a RepairPal Certified shop will be in the range stated in our Estimator for a given ZIP code. If you pay more for a repair service than the Estimator's range for your vehicle and the shop's location, we refund the difference.

• How much does it cost to book an appointment with RepairPal?

  Booking an appointment with a RepairPal Certified shop is completely free. The total cost of your repair will depend on the number and complexity of repairs or services needed, diagnostic tests completed on your vehicle, taxes, and any other relevant fees. • Where do shop reviews come from?

  In order to evaluate a shop's level of customer service, we survey verified customers from the previous six months. Upon a shop's certification, we display both past and new reviews on our site. We give every shop a Net Promoter Score®, the same customer loyalty metric all companies use. To verify customers, shops must send RepairPal data. RepairPal only uses customer data to verify authenticity and doesn't sell or misuse it.
