What is the Fair Price Guarantee?
The Fair Price Guarantee promises that the cost you pay for a specific repair at a RepairPal Certified shop will be in the range stated in our Estimator for a given ZIP code. If you pay more for a repair service than the Estimator’s range for your vehicle and the shop’s location, we refund the difference.

Booking an appointment with a RepairPal Certified shop is completely free. In order to evaluate a shop's level of customer service, we survey verified customers from the previous six months. Upon a shop's certification, we display both past and new reviews on our site. We give every shop a Net Promoter Score®, the same customer loyalty metric all companies use. To verify customers, shops must send RepairPal data. RepairPal only uses customer data to verify authenticity and doesn't sell or misuse it.
