Problem Description and Possible Solution

The alternator may fail causing the battery to go dead. The charge light on the dash may or may not illuminate. The alternator may also develop an abnormal noise. A failed alternator will require replacement.

Just stopped in a pouring rain. AAA towed it to our garage, they replaced the alternator and installed a new battery.
keeps eating alternators and tension pulley brackets. notsure what else to do ..Has been super reliable up to now.
