AC not cooling, so I took to shop. They said I needed a new compressor. Took it in Tues, May 21st. I have been chking everyday & it is not finished. When I checked on my vehicle this morning, this is what they texted to me: *****You have no idea how hardly we worked on your vehicle. We replaced the compressor did the vacuum and recharged the system and took it for the programming and after all of these details we still have no electric signal to the compressor to activate it. We tried different programming methods and also checked the entire electric system but still did they find the source to send the signal to the compressor. It's taking too long and you need your vehicle. We tried our best and we couldn't do better. Don't worry about what we did and what we spent, just come in and pick it up and you don't need to pay us anything. We appreciate your understanding and your patience. We're open until 5:30 today. Thank you again*****
