tranny occasionaly slips between 2nd & 3rd (automatic),fluid level full &unburnt - could this be electrically related? had a check engine light which completely disappeared after battery disconected & reconnected

Yup , I did that and I was told misfiring and crankshaft sensor

nope its a well known fact the torque converts are bad , I am getting the beginning stages of it ...
