Seems like my transmission is jammed or locked up,once i put it in gear ,it makes a loud pop & dies.

Remove the thermostat.If it still overheats it could be blocked radiator(check hoses for antifree...

Reset all sensors by disconnecting & reconnecting the battery.

Wrought out radiator ,replace thermostat.

I would check to see if the entire system is greesed & lubed,probably dried up bearings & joints.

Check all the other fuses inside the cabin plus the others under the hood,specially your main, ...
