you need to firsy check if the antifreeze is full. when the vehicle has sat and is cooled down open the radiator cap. Fill if low let idle with the cap off see if heat return and check for a leak. If its full you may have a bad heater core.

fist you need to check the nut that holds the wiper arm secure. They become loose if there is a ice build up or the windshield is not properly clean of snow and or ice.

Does the car crank over? You may have a fully charged battery that will not hold a cold cranking amp load so wven thogh the battery shows fully charged it may still not have enough juice to start the car you need to have the battery load tested

On Most Cars The Muffler And Converter Are Not Connected. However If Your Car Has The Factory Exhaust It Needs To Be Cut And A New Pipe Welded On. So In Fact You Do Not Need To Buy Both
