Have replaced the ckp sensor, plugs & 1 ignition coil. Timing belt marks are right on, convertor is not plugged. Have fuel, fire and air. Possible ECM? Any suggestions?

Honda has recalled 1997-2001 Prelude, 1999-2002 Accord, and 1999-2000 Acura TL models because the ignition switch interlock may fail. If this happens, the key will be removable before the engine is in the "Park" position, which could cause the vehicle to roll and crash. Dealers will confirm interlock function and vehicles will receive an updated interlock lever free of charge.
Honda is recalling certain passenger vehicles because the dimmer control for the instrument panel lights could fail due to heat buildup. If this happens at night, the driver may not be able to see the instrument panel gauges, including the speedometer. Dealers will replace a multiplex control unit for the instrument panel lights.
Honda has recalled 2000 Accord and Acura TL models because the air bag inflator may malfunction. An improper weld in a component of the inflator may prevent the air bag from deploying as designed, which can increase the risk of injury. Dealers will replace the passenger air bag module.
