Meet RepairPal's 2018 ASE Tech of the Year

We’re proud to announce that Andrew Gibson of DJ Auto in Provo, Utah, is the 2018 RepairPal/ASE Master Automobile Technician of the Year.

Gibson was one of 52 automotive professionals recognized last month at the Fall Board of Governors meeting of the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

RepairPal’s Jill Trotta joined ASE leaders in presenting the award to Gibson, who has over 18 years experience in the industry as a technician and trainer. He is an ASE Certified Master automotive technician. Plus, he works as an instructor and technical writer and has written advanced-level courses.

“We are proud to partner with RepairPal to recognize Andrew's commitment to excellence in providing the very best in vehicle repair service to his extended community,” said Tim Zilke, ASE president and CEO.

RepairPal has teamed up with ASE to present the award each of the past five years. Last year’s winner was Michael Aubrey.
