repair shop has mechs lien on a 2000 ford explorer XLT v-6 with automatic trans, I'm considering buying it for $1900. vehicle has 182k mi came in for fuel pump and fuel filter fix. recently had water pump and radiator replaced too. Is this a fair deal?
