Car is overheating, new thermostat, new water pump, plenty of fluid, fan running

heater core is going bad most likely loosing water into your floor board from inside the dash. Simple fix you lose your heat but can use a waterhose, other wise remove dash and change core.

my sebring wont turn over strong enough to crank.it has new starter and battery.

have you checked for water in floor or on computer. Mine is having that problem when water leaks inside to computer.
