As said already can try hitting the starter, could be hard to get to with the car on the ground.
Will need to get scanner on the car and see if the starter is being enabled or have to get a meter on the small leg of the starter and see if it is getting power when the key is being turned.
Question Answered: 3.8 L 100500 miles... Misfire cylinder #4 at idle

Misfire at idle is most likely low compression on cylinder 4....should check running and cranking compression.
Also should perform a cylinder leak down test.

Ford has had a problem with transfer cases over the last couple years.
Go under the car and look at the transfer case, if you see black fluid around the pinion seal or coming from the vent the transfer case is bad

Question Answered: What should and can I do to test my BCM?
February 13, 2017, 02:25 PM
All of the lights being lit up at once could be the range switch or you have a bad connection some where. Normally when you see no bus on the cluster you are loosing a signal from a module.
Have to check power and ground to the different modules. Make sure the plug at the back of the cluster is tight.
Interior lights could be a bad wire in the door harness from opening and shutting it so many times.
These are just some things to start with

Are you getting any other codes besides p0606?
And are you replacing the o2 sensors with factory parts? Many cars are sensitive to non OEM air fuel sensors.
Also toyota had a recall for that code and they were replacing the ECM to correct the problem, but you need to make sure those A/F sensors are working right first
