Diane Larson of Peabody, Massachusetts. Owner/ Manager of Larson's Service, a well-respected independent automotive service shop, servicing Domestic and Asian Vehicles and offering Quality Automotive Service with a Smile :) Diane's background includes serving as a service advisor. She enjoys working with clients and employees. She was one of the first to take the ASE service consultant exam and is a Certified Service Consultant (ASE-C1). Diane has also earned the Automotive Management Institute's Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation, and is a member of Automotive Service Association (ASA)'s Mechanical Division Operations Committee. She and other members of the committee recently helped judge students in Skills USA National Competitions, in automotive customer service. The event was held in Kansas City, MO.
