The cluster has most likely gone bad. They can be repaired. Check the internet as many blogs will appear. See a good local repair shop to have it sent out for repair

It is most likely a "fuse" . Take a picture and head to the dealer with your VIN number. They will get you the correct part. You may have to remove the fuse box to replace it from underneath. Question is - What BLEW it and what is there rt now that protects the circuit? Careful of your JURY RIG

Check for blown main fuses as most THIEVES tend not to be to careful and may have ground something taking the battery

2 Things- Fuel Pressure and look at 02 sensors pulling lean. Check backpressure in exhaust.
