What Does P2407 Code Mean?
OBD-II Code P2407 is defined as a Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Sense Circuit
The Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) vents fuel vapors from the tank to the intake manifold so the vapors are burned through the engine's normal combustion process. The EVAP system uses a leak detection pump sensor to monitor the pressure/vacuum in the EVAP system. If the sensor sends back an implausible signal, code P2407 will be set.
