OBD-II Code Transmission may not shift properly is defined as a Transmission Fluid Level Sensor Circuit intermittent/Erratic

The Transmission Fluid Level Sensor tells the engine control module (PCM) how much fluid is in the transmission. If the PCM detects an incorrect signal from the Transmission Fluid Level Sensor, the PCM will set code P070E.
