What Does P0522 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0522 is defined as a Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Low

The Engine Oil Pressure Sensor tells the engine control module (PCM) the engine oil pressure. When the PCM detects an incorrect signal from this sensor it will set code P0522.The low oil warning light on the instrument cluster may also illuminated.
