I am a technician of over 32 years and am in love with my profession. I take pride in my work and do not cut corners. My uncle on my mother's side started a radiator shop the year I was born. So I grew up in the shop area. My biggest pet peeve is so-called mechanics that doesn't complete their work by leaving bolts, parts, brackets, and anything they don't deem necessary for a vehicle off of the car.
