Could it be waterpump bad. Could possibly the finns be wore down after 185 thousand mile. on origional water pump. Could it be that the finns wont let the water circulate

Heater does not heat when ideling

When car is idelingthe heater stays cold but rev engine up to about 1500rpm and it works fine
