I am a personal trainer/Nutritionist, I am 57 years of age, I feel like 35-40. It's a great feeling to have the energy, and the look of someone that is 20 years younger than I. I wish to show people how to live at a higher and greater quality of life. Look younger, feel younger, add years to your life, literally!!!!!
