You only have one " certified" shop in my area & when I got an estimate for a tune up their quote was $40 over what y'all estimated.

the steering wheel is vibrating at 50-55 mph, the steering is not pulling, front tires are newly installed used tires with fresh tred, bas esp light comes on intermittently. Any ideas and can this be put off ?
Vibration could be a wheel balance issue. Cheap fix.
