When I started my Galant today the Heater Fan won't work. I checked the fuse and it's OK. I'm told that the "valve" that controls the flow of water might be bad? Would this keep the fan from coming on? HELP PLEASE, IT'S FREEZING."
I haven't had any issues with the fan!
