OBD-II Code Engine may not start is defined as a Injector Control Pressure Regulator Circuit High
The Injector Control Pressure Regulator (IPR) controls the oil pressure out of the high pressure oil pump. This pressure is used to control the fuel injectors. If the oil pressure is too low, the injectors will not operate correctly. The engine computer (PCM) monitors fuel pressure when the engine is running. If the oil pressure regulator sends back an implausible signal, code P2625 will be stored.
