OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Coolant Pump "B" Control Circuit Low

The water pump on some vehicles is electronically control by the engine control module (PCM). If the PCM does not detect the water pump is spinning at the speed commanded, code P261C will be set.
