OBD-II Code Wiring issue is defined as a Cruise Control Front Distance Range Sensor
The engine computer (PCM) controls the boost from the turbocharge using a Turbocharger Vane Position Solenoid. The PCM confirms the solenoid is working as desired by using a Turbocharger Vane Position Sensor. If the Turbocharger Vane Position Sensor fails to correctly report back to the PCM, code P2591 will be stored.
