OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Ignition Switch Run Position Circuit High

When the vehicle is turned on, battery voltage is sent to all the electrical systems on the vehicle. The Battery Control Module monitors this voltage to make sure it is correct. If the Battery Control Module detects the voltage is too low, code P2532 will set.
