OBD-II Code A/C may not operate is defined as a A/C Request "A" Circuit Low
When the driver requests the A/C to be turned on, a signal goes from the switch to the engine computer (PCM). The PCM then sends power to the A/C Compressor to turn it on. If the Compressor fails to turn on, code P2520 will be stored.
