OBD-II Code Wiring issue is defined as a PTO Engine Shutdown Circuit Low
The PTO allows Auxiliary equipment such as a dump bed or plow to be hydraulically operated using the vehicle's transmission. The PTO will shut off the engine if the load on the PTO becomes too great. This is done to prevent damage to the engine and/or transmission. If the PTO Engine Shutdown switch sends an implausible signal, code P251E will be stored. PTO operated features will not work.
