OBD-II Code Oxygen sensor failure is defined as a O2 Sensor Exhaust Sample Error
If the Oxygen Sensor reads too much oxygen at part or full throttle, the engine computer (PCM) assumes that the oxygen sensor is installed incorrectly or there is an exhaust leak. Code P2414 will be set.
