OBD-II Code Decreased engine performance is defined as a O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean

The oxygen sensor measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust between the engine and the catalytic converter. This sensor is supposed to fluctuate a minimum of 10 times per second within a specified voltage. If the engine's control module (PCM) does not see the correct fluctuations, the PCM will set code P2274.
