OBD-II Code Anti-lock braking system (ABS) will be disabled is defined as a Vehicle Speed - Wheel Speed Correlation

The Vehicle Speed Sensor tells the engine control module (PCM) how fast the vehicle should be going. The Wheel Speed Sensor tells the Anti-lock Brake (ABS) Module how fast each wheel is actually spinning. This information is compared between the PCM and ABS modules. If one or more Wheel Speed Sensors do not match the vehicle speed sensor information, the PCM will set code P215A.
