OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Reductant Tank Heater Control Circuit High

Newer diesel vehicles have a Diesel Particulate Filter to reduce soot emissions. This filter uses DEF Fluid to assist in the burning off soot. The Reductant Tank Heater heats the DEF Fluid to the temperature is more efficient. If the engine control module (PCM) detects the Reductant Tank Heater is not operating properly, it will set code P202C.
