OBD-II Code Diagnostic Trouble Code is defined as a Hybrid Battery System Discharge Time Too Long

When the High Voltage System is turned off, the Motor Generator (MG) Control Module (or Motor Control Module depending on the manufacturer) discharges any residual voltage in the inverter/converter assembly. If the voltage does not fully discharge within the specified amount of time, P0C76 will be set.
