OBD-II Code Diagnostic Trouble Code is defined as a Hybrid Battery System Discharge Time Too Short
When the High Voltage System is turned off, the Motor Generator (MG) Control Module (or Motor Control Module depending on the manufacturer) discharges any residual voltage in the inverter/converter assembly. If the voltage discharges too quickly, P0C75 will be set.
