OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Hybrid Battery Pack Coolant Pump Control Performance
The Hybrid Battery Pack has its own dedicated Coolant Pump to circulate coolant through the battery pack. This coolant pump is controlled by the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module. If the coolant pump does not operate as requested, code P0C4A will be stored.
