The Hybrid Battery Pack Cooling Fan draws air through the hybrid battery pack to help control the temperature of the high voltage battery. The fan is controlled by the Starter/Generator Control Module. If this module detects the Cooling Fan is not operating as requested, code P0BC8 will be stored.
