OBD-II Code Increased fuel consumption is defined as a Hybrid Battery Voltage Sense "R" Circuit Range/Performance

The High Voltage Battery Pack consists of many mini-batteries connected together. If the High Voltage Control Module has detects an issue with one or more of the battery packs that make up the High Voltage Battery Assembly, the High Voltage Control Module will set code P0B91.
