OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a High Voltage Service Disconnect Circuit Low

The Service Disconnect Port allows the high voltage system to be disabled so the vehicle can be safely serviced. The Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) monitors the service disconnect plug and shuts down all electrical systems when the service plug is disconnected. If the BECM can not correctly determine if the service plug is connected, code P0B35 will be stored.
