OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Hybrid Battery "B" Voltage

The high voltage battery is composed of many individual battery cells. The Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) monitors all the cells in the high voltage battery pack to make sure they are all contributing equally to the high voltage system. If one cell is determined to be unequally contributing, code P0B27 will be set.
