OBD-II Code Diagnostic Trouble Code is defined as a Hybrid Battery Pack Voltage Sense "C" Circuit High

The hybrid battery pack is composed of many individual battery cells (sometimes over 300 cells). Those cells are then grouped together. each group has a voltage monitor attached to it that tells the battery control module (or hybrid powertrain control module) the available voltage for each cell group. If a cell group's voltage is less than what it should be, code P0ABA is set.
