The Battery Pack Air Temperature Sensor tells the High Voltage control module the temperature of the ambient air in and around the hybrid battery pack. If the High Voltage Control Module detects an incorrect signal from the Hybrid Battery Pack Air Temperature Sensor, it will set code P0AB5. This temperature sensor is part of the battery pack assembly on most high voltage vehicles.
