OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a High Voltage Fuse

The High Voltage Fuse separates the High Voltage Battery from the High Voltage System from sudden spikes in current draw (Amperage). If the Amperage spike in the High Voltage System is too high, the High Voltage Fuse will Pop. This will set code P0A95.
