OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Hybrid Battery Pack Over Temperature
The hybrid battery pack uses multiple sensors to monitor the temperature of each battery cell. If the battery cell temperature gets too hot, code P0A7E will set. The battery contacts will open, disabling the battery pack and hybrid systems, until the temperature comes down to acceptable levels.
