OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Motor Torque Sensor Circuit Low
The engine computer (PCM) monitors the amount of power the hybrid transaxle (motor/transmission assembly) produces. If the PCM does not receive a signal, code P0A19 will be stored. The Motor Torque Sensor is internal to the hybrid transaxle assembly.
